Rachel Kelsey is the founder of Navy Bleu and has been an avid needlepointer since 2017. It all began when her mom suggested taking a needlepoint class to celebrate Mother’s Day and the rest is history!

While living in New York City and working for fashion designer Tory Burch, Rachel grew her passion for stitching. You’ll see that her designs draw inspiration from her time in NYC and working in the fashion industry. She now resides in Chicago and is looking forward to sharing her love of needlepoint with others.
